Essential Qualification

Graduates with a background on Finance/Financial Products

Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities •

Candidates need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent.
• Must have international outbound calling experience, Preferably UK, US and Asia Pacific Calling. At least 1 year + experience in International calling profile.
• Ability to think on feet, apply sales framework, and convince prospects to meet with the company.The candidate with experience in the BFSI sector is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively through email and the phone is essential
• Responsible for fixing up the appointments and passing on the sales leads to the onshore business development managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer usage
• Should have experience working with any sales CRM. Familiarity with salesforce.com is a plus.
• Should be comfortable working in shifts
• Willing to do database search if needed

Experience 0 to 2 years experience in outbound sales.

Job location would be MUMBAI.
