Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated IT Recruiter to support our Recruitment activities. The position requires strong communication skills.
Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be:
Lateral Recruitment (~70%)
Responsible for hiring 2 technical staff members (5 offers, 50 interviews per month) every month ranging from 2-10 years of experience for Mumbai or Hyderabad center
Work with various project teams and understand project sourcing requirements to help with hiring and sourcing decisions
Revise job descriptions on quarterly basis
Train three external agencies on manpower requirements on quarterly basis and weekly analysis of resumes received with each agency
Daily phone screen ten candidates sent by recruitment agencies to schedule in person interviews
Provide regular reports to management including agency sourcing status, daily recruitment updates, competitor analysis etc.
Campus Recruitment (~15%)
Responsible for hiring 100 plus engineering graduates every year from the top 5 engineering colleges
Help evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions
Build relations with Training and Placement Officers and secure first interview slot for the company
Coordinate post campus activities like follow up with students, distribution of offer letters, training material to students, on boarding plan, logistics etc.
Training and Development (~10%)
Coordinate with the managers to understand the training needs
Identify internal trainers for each topic and develop a training calendar for each quarter
Facilitate induction program for new joinees and conduct the induction presentation
Conduct communication training for the new joinees
Conduct training need assessment for the technical team
Ownership of the certification program of the company
Collect training feedback using “Online survey tool” and provide reports to the trainers
Ownership of Boot Camp of campus joinees (a month long training program for the campus joinees)
Data Analysis and Reporting (~5%)
Maintain and update employee records
HR budgeting & quarterly analysis - Fixed cost & variables
Develop and compile quarterly HR plan

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s degree with first class throughout in commerce, management, engineering or liberal arts from a good university. MBA is not required but will be an advantage
Candidates with relevant experience from top IT majors preferred (Wipro, Satyam, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, HCL, Cognizant)
Excellent track record of filling positions requiring work experience on Microsoft platform
Ability to independently drive the recruitment function, HR Initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate and convince a wide range of applicants
Experience: 2 years - 4 years
