I. JOB PURPOSE
Provide “total fianance solution” in forecasting, reporting, controlling of budget, and optimizing the use of working capital for the markets assigned. Provide accurate, timely and reliable financial accounting information to management. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to accounting, corporation tax, legal, banking, payroll and pension matters.
II. KEY RESULT AREAS
FINANCIAL PLANNING, ANALYSIS & REPORTING (KRA 1)
Provide strategic planning and product planning support
Business Performance reporting
Financial analysis of all areas relating to P&L and BS
Responsible for Annual Plan
Assisting controller to implement corporate diligence
Maximise opportunities to reduce operating costs within the business
Commercial Support to business and AR and AP management
STATUTORY REPORTING (KRA 2) (Audit Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing)
Computation of current tax, deferred tax, and wealth tax provision on annual basis.
Manage Assessment for Transfer pricing and Income Tax
Prepare, Compile & review Tax Audit schedules/details including schedule for claim of tax deducted at source on income received at the end of every financial year duly reconciled with books of accounts
Advising the applicability of the Direct Tax on the various transactions
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING and Audit (KRA 3)
Implement and manage Financial Controls
Supervision of all financial and accounting processes
Planning , Forecasting , Actual analysis
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (KRA 4)
Performance Management of Finance Function within Subsidiary
Individual Performance Management of Direct Reports, including TRAC, coaching and development planning
