Mandatory

Should have direct exposure to Agile scrum methodologies

Should be aware of distributed development situation & issues coming out of that.

Since metrics will evolve, s/he should have sound understanding of metrics definition / implementation

In depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies, auditing experience or certification

It would involve heavy to intense client interaction

Preferred

Exposure to either CMMi or ISO 9001

Education - BE / Btech
