Position: Assistant Manager
Reporting to: AVP Financial Planning
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform activities related to financial plan preparation process within the defined turnaround and quality matrices.
Provide financial product related advice to investment consultants with a focus on enhancing the quality of output to the client.
Build and maintain strong links with other areas of the business like research and operations
Endeavor to constantly innovate financial planning products.
Develop the consulting capabilities of the practice by coaching and mentoring consultants and more junior team members.
Potential involvement in technical work like writing guides or articles– depending on knowledge and experience.

First class interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in the ability to consult and influence successfully.
Leadership qualities demonstrated both in terms of a role model and in creative thinking.
Flexible, pro-active and innovative approach to client solutions.
A team player with a motivational, hands-on approach.
Accustomed to working in a challenging environment.
Qualifications:
CFPCM certification is a must have, preference will be given to people who are AMFI and IRDA certified.
Experience:
1-2 Years experience in Financial Planning
Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services etc.
Adapt with Microsoft office products like Word, Excel and Power Point

Salary Rs 3,60,000 PA - Rs 4,20,000 PA
