Job Profile

Standard Operating Plan

1) Receive enquiries from customers, Sales Persons and others.

2) Workout for better rates from HCL or other local vendors

3) To follow-up with customers for our quote to them if absence of Sales Person.

4) To coordinate with customers for export customs clearance docs and other formalities once business confirmed.

5) Follow-up for earliest flight schedule and prealert docs from overseas agent and ensure it gets filed in advance for Import shipments.

6) Forward prealert docs to our overseas agent in advance for Export shipments

7) To keep a track of the shipment till it reaches to the respective POD.

8) Follow-up with local vendors for their accurate bills.

9) Send CAN’s for Import shipments and bills for Export shipments to customers on time.

10) Courier the post docs to the respective customers.

11) Submit all the export docs, vendor bills & our bills to accounts department.

12) If customers are on credit then to follow-up with them for outstanding payment on time.

13) Focus to generate on new Airfreight accounts by doing of telesales.

Salary Rs 2,50,000 PA - Rs 3,00,000 PA

Experience 2 - 4 (Yrs.)
