Job Profile
PRODUCT SUPPLY MANAGER
Location : New Plant at Anand (Gujarat) (initial 2 – 3 months would be at Mumbai for Induction and Training).

Technical background with basic financial understanding
University degree or similar knowledge acquired outside
Strong analytical skills
Good english language skills ( oral + writing )
HSE and quality mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with all levels of organisation
( hierarchy, peers, subordinates, all workers )
good communication skills to all levels( ie. he / she understands and adjusts to the needs of the audience )
has a sound basic understanding of all functions of a plant operation
( HSE, quality, production, maintenance, engineering, R+D,
supply chain management, procurement, HR, IT, controlling )
Is prepared for multi-tasking, delegation and monitoring
Can motivate people through envisioning, fair treatment, rewards and guidance / coaching
Is “approachable” for his / her people
Doesn’t escape from conflicts when needed
Has high ( ethical, personal and integrity ) standards
Candidate Profile
3. EXPERIENCES
More than 5 years in running various operations in a leading position via other supervisory staff with more than 40 people
Proven success record in running such an operation
( HSE, quality, meeting business objectives )
Ideally being exposed to a production network of a big ( multinational )company
Having led functional leaders without knowing all the details of these functions
Having managed “crisis” situations ( supply shortage, manpower reduction,
start-ups, major projects, quality crisis situations )
Having worked in an environment with high ( HSE / quality ) standards
( ideally with certifications in these areas )
4. KEY TASKS
Sets standards in HSE and quality
Develops operational tasks for his organisation based on objectives set from the board of the jv
Develops and aligns on investment / project plans
Ensures introduction of new products acc to agreed plans
Hires new people and develops his / her staff
Does all necessary steps to run the day-to-day business
Introduces performance measures and acts upon them
Ensures that his / her people understand and act according to
Company principles and legal requirements
Keeps close contact to the supervisory board, customers and authorities
Salary Rs 4,00,000 PA - Rs 5,00,000 PA
