Position: Software Quality Assurance Consultant

Experience: 7 – 8 Yrs

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Ø Should be a CMMI Certified.

Ø 5-8 yrs of experience in Software Quality Assurance in medium / large size organizations.

Ø In depth knowledge in CMMI requirements and actively involved in at least one cycle of CMMI appraisal process.

Ø Thorough knowledge of software metrics and hands on experience in metrics data collection and analysis process. Experience in setting up Organizational process capability baselines.

Ø Good in basic statistical tools like Pareto analysis, Cause & Effect analysis, Control charts etc

Preferred Skills:

Ø Hands on experience in implementation of CMMI v1.2 standard

Ø Knowledge / Experience in standards like ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 and certified auditor for these standards

Other Requirements:

Ø Good communication skill (both oral and written)

Ø Good team player
