Position :- Process Engineer

Experience :- 6+ yrs

Education :- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering

CTC - up to 8 lacs.

Experience :

· Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from reputed organization with minimum 2 years hands on experience in reputed chemical /Petrochemical/Fertilizer plant or consulting firm.

Profile

· Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from reputed organization with minimum 2 years hands on experience in reputed chemical /Petrochemical/Fertilizer plant or consulting firm.

· Independent handling experience of the production activities with different process equipments and distillation towers

· Basic engineering calculations, like pump calculation, Line Sizing & Pressure Drop Calculations

· Mass & Heat Balances

· Preparation of PFD’s & P & ID’s.

· Selection & Sizing of Process Equipments.

· De-bottlenecking & Technology Transfer.

· Preparation of Data Sheets for various Equipments.

· Troubleshooting of the process plants.

· Knowledge/experience with process simulation software.
