MANDATORY SKILLS :
Strong experience on ECM platform IBM –FileNet P8,Panagon
Must have implement 6 FileNet projects end to end
Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
Must have strong programming background on Java, J2ee, EJB & Struts
Must be thorough with object oriented programming principles
Proficiency in OOAD, UML or Design Patterns
Sound knowledge of Data Structures
Good designing and managerial skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience interfacing with the customer
Technologies: Java, J2EE
RDBMS : SQL Server / Oracle
PREFERRED SKILLS
Continue to be hands-on, in terms of coding.
Ability to learn new ECM technologies in a short time.
Develop technical specifications.
Problem solving.
Responsible for mentoring and coaching at least 7-8 developers technically.
Proven debugging ability – able to explain some complex technical problems faced in projects.
Salary Rs 4,00,000 PA - Rs 6,00,000 PA
