Profile:
To check the process flow for the project and buy in to the date commitments Thereafter ensure compliance to the process flow dates.
To coordinate with the PIC / RD to ensure that complete information in terms of site analysis / requirement brief / local bye laws is available in order to design.
To thoroughly understand Client’s brief as given by PIC / RD
To ensure participation from every team member during the design stage.
To encourage creative thinking within the group. Create an atmosphere where ideation is encouraged.
To ensure that the design is well thought out, and the designing is done completely in all respects.
To go through the final DBR, discuss the same with the PIC / RD and handover for signoff from the client.
To ensure that the designs and details adhere to the zoning, layout and details agreed during the review.
To ensure that the designs at each stage conform to the requirement and budgets that have been set down by the client.
To design co-ordination with various consultants and teams.
To ensure preparation of all drawings, Look & Feel layouts, estimates, specifications & schedules up to execution stage for all projects, check them and have the same vetted by PIC / RD and consultants when necessary.
To check the output of every team member on a daily basis. The GH should add his/her name to the checked column of each drawing after checking.
To take responsibility for all Drawings and Documentation related to the project, with respect to quality, quantity and schedule.

Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch
Experience: 7-10 years
