•Job profile:

-To mentor and train project teams in applying the standard processes throughout project life cycle.

-To plan the quality assurance over the software projects

-To conduct process audits and track the actions to solve non-compliances until their closure.

-To provide senior management with appropriate visibility into the software
development process being used and of the software work products being built.

-To document and report the quality assurance actions and results.

-To promote the software process improvement through identifying and addressing the recurrent quality assurance issues.

-To promote the sharing of the best practice

-Process Improvement to drive SLAs, Implement effective quality programs within the department, Design, document and implement.

-Essential verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts

-Candidates who have an exposure on software and content should Apply to this position

•Eligibility:

-A BS/BA in Computer Science or CSE plus 5 years of progressively challenging experience is required; MS Plus 3 years of experience is preferred.
