Area Sales Manager :

The candidates should be:

Preferably:
1) From similar industry
2) Institutional Sales Experience
3) With a four wheeler vehicle
4) MBA – Marketing
5) Married

And must be / a(n) / have:
1) Graduate in any stream
2) Excellent communication skills (RWS – English & Vernacular)
3) Excellent Comp Skills (Net, PPTs & a bit of other stuff – in short a bit of IT Sense)
4) Excellent Soft Skills
5) Willing to travel on business tours as and when required
6) Committed and self motivated (To be referred and verified)
7) Proven track record in SALES (To be referred / verified)
8) Time bound performer on job
9) A two wheeler (unless he possesses a four wheeler)
10) Friendly, Obedient, Punctual, Organized & A Team Player

Pay & Perks / Terms:
1) As per industry standards (Basic + PF + TA + DA + Mobile, Laptop & Data Card)
2) Required product samples for demo would be provided
3) Training provided at Bangalore & On Job – On Site
4) Probation – 6 months
5) Excellent commission structure for target bound business
