Job Description

Manage a team of around 6-10 reps. who in turn would find Key Contacts from the Targeted Accounts / Region.

Engage into client calls with the reps. and help them drive it to next level with Senior Execs.(CTO, CFO, CPO, V.P.,Directors etc.)


Ensure achievement of monthly team targets (Revenue Generation & Opportunity Generation).

Drive tool demonstrations and pilots as and when required for the team.

Engage with Marketing communications team to design innovative marketing programs for specific regions to generate interest.

Mentor and Coach the team in devising and implementing Sales & Marketing strategies
Devise and implement Sales processes in line with Management objectives.

Should have a prior experience of handling a team of atleast 3 to 4 member and closed deals remotely.

Any Bachelor Degree / BCA / BE / MCA / ME / MS / MBA / PGDBA
