We have Opening for Fresher, basic requirement is GRADUATION (Diploma holders not eligible) / GOOD communication skills/willingness to work in a Call centre environment / shift job’s/ resource with 3-6 months experience can also apply.

Location:- Goregoan.

Below is the JD for Vodafone process CCA role.

Principal Responsibilities
• Answering Calls and address Customers technical issues and route them accordingly
• Log Customer Calls
• Provide First Level at front line using documented procedures and available tools
• Identify and provide inputs on recurring customer problems
• Customer education
• Ensure proper escalation procedures

Desirable Skills
• Degree (Graduate) or Graduate with IT Experience of 1 Year (No threshold on %)
• Demonstrate Customer Service Skills
• Strong Spoken & written Communication Skills
• Basic Knowledge on Computers
• Typing Skills
• Ability to analyze & solve technical problems

Note : Any candidate who goes for the interview needs to carry his graduation certificate (Xerox copy).
