Principal Accountabilities:

· Network Infrastructure Management for WAN and LAN

· Experience in operations of a CUG with multiple service providers using leased lines, MPLS, VSATs and Internet

· Vendor and telecom service provider management including BSNL, MTNL and TATA. Prior experience a must

· Overseeing billing and collections from members of CUG and resolving billing issues with Service providers

· Management of leased data and Internet links on 24x7 basis and Liaisoning with service providers of high uptime and troubleshooting

· Answering advanced/ escalated customer support inquiries and requests.

· Planning and Proper implementation network monitoring tools

·Supervising the implementation and maintenance of all network components

·Negotiate the purchase of software, hardware and other IT supplies as approved by management.

·Inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.

Education & Experience:

Qualification: B Tech /BE with good communication skills

Technical Knowledge:

Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, Firewalls

CCNA, CCNP certifications is desirable

Experience:

3 to 6 year’s exp. in managing networking in Technology dept. in a bank or related financial sector.
