Job Description
Designation:
Senior Manager / Manager - Civil Procurement.
Responsibilities: -
· Ability to interact with the office team and construction team - excellent communication skills (in English), both verbal and written.
· Able to operate MS Project and Auto Cad is added advantage
· Proven expertise in costing of project / construction.
· Know ledge of construction materials.
· Knowing of present market prices of construction material is must.
· Checking of RA bill.
· Having Detail Knowledge about Comp.-Fundamentals like Word, Excel, power-Point,
· Able to evaluate and check the Qty from the Drawings.
· Having idea on formulation of tender is necessary
· Should able to formulate tender terms and condition.
· Should have an idea on Construction
· Knowledge on tax structure is necessary.
· Able to make PR/PO also should have knowledge on SAP.
· Able to float the tender and should be conversant with comparative statement.
· Must have experience in vendor development.
Qualification: -
B.E Civil with 8 to 10 years of Exp
Reporting to: - VP - Finance
In coordination with All Team Members and other relevant Departments
