-Absolutely top notch knowledge and experience in ASP.NET, C# and SQL Sever
-Experience design / develop high performance ASP based applications
-Understand solution architecting components & able to detailed this into design.
-Understand customer requirements & provide solutions.
-Thorough understanding and application of architectural design patterns & Arch. Styles
