Supervision Exercised:

I. JOB PURPOSE

Management of entire direct tax matters and to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to accounting, corporation tax, legal, banking, payroll and pension matters. Management of general accounting matters including Licensing business.

II. KEY RESULT AREAS

Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing

Computation of current tax, deferred tax, and wealth tax provision on annual basis.

Management of TDS matters

Manage Assessment for Transfer pricing and Income Tax

Prepare, Compile & review Tax Audit schedules/details including schedule for claim of tax deducted at source on income received at the end of every financial year duly reconciled with books of accounts

Advising the applicability of the Direct Tax on the various transactions

Management of tax litigation at various appellate levels.

General accounting / licensing

Manage general accounting and to play a role in Audits (Statutory , Internal and Tax audit etc)
