Job Description:-
 Handling inbound calls for Client
 Includes voice technical support to client
 Includes Email Support to cater requests.
 Provide L1 support for Service Desk, Incident Management
 Being in an ITO, have a direct interaction with customers.
 Troubleshoot issues related to applications (like MS Office, MS Outlook etc).
 Work on the ticketing tool
 Desired Candidate Profile
 Should be flexible to work in shifts
 Excellent communication skills
 Any Graduate/Post graduate
 Age 18+
Selected candidate will be working with Magna InfoTech at the client end.
