Experience of working on telecom domain / market
Should have experience and knowledge of QA processes & Agile PM Methodology
Good analysis and reporting skills, good understanding of testing and defect tracking and management
Excellent Client Management skills required with focus on Cost Management, Revenue enhancement from the account
Knowledge of various Systems Management disciplines include asset, availability, change, configuration, operations, performance and capacity, problem, and security management
Preferred Skills -
Motivate, mentor and guide the employees on the team, Accountable for the level of quality and performance delivered from the development/delivery team .Take ownership of operational problems between the various development teams resolve them. Should be able to manage / coordinate Multiple projects. Build and lead a top class development teams
Product Owner Responsibilities-
Release planning - The product owner leads release planning for a domain or sub-domain.
Sprint planning - The product owner prepares backlog (user stories, defects) in priority order ahead of sprint planning.
Day-to-day planning - The product owner handles day-day decisions within scrum on reprioritizing work and clarifying requirements
Commitment to sprint objectives - The product owner commits to sprint objectives along with rest of scrum. He or she may chip in to help accomplish tasks, where competent
Retrospectives - The product owner prepares team metrics for each sprint and release retrospective.
Salary Rs 6,00,000 - Rs 7,00,000 PA
Total Experience- 5 – 7 years
Location- Mumbai
