•Job profile:
-You will be responsible for: ensuring successful delivery of projects; providing leadership to and managing project teams comprising instructional designers, writers, graphic designers, multimedia programmers; managing customer communication; and status reporting.
-You should have atleast 4 experience in managing project teams of 15+ resources.
-Experience in managing elearning and/or instructor led content development projects for US and/or European customers is essential.
-The candidate should be able to handle multiple projects, possess strong communication (both written and verbal) and team management skills and should be process oriented and metric driven.
•Eligibility(Preferred):
-Engineer with an MBA or PMs with prior experience as instructional designers or graphic vizualizers or multi media architects
