Job Description:
Job Profile: Technical Support Executive (TSE)
Handling inbound calls for Client
Includes voice technical support to client
Includes Email Support to cater requests.
Provide L1 support for Service Desk, Incident Management
Being in an ITO, have a direct interaction with customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to applications (like MS Office, MS Outlook etc).
Supporting the Employees of HP in the US with thier hardware and software related issues such as VPN, Routers, Modems, Incident Management and all kinds of softwares that the Company uses
Work on the ticketing tool
Interview Location: Goregon (East), Mumbai.
Eligibilty:
1.HSC Passed with atleast 2 Yrs of work experience in International BPO experience.
2. 1.5 to 3 Years of experience in only International BPO.
3. Excellent Communication Skills.
4. Any Graduates or PG Candidates can apply for Technical Support Executive with International BPO experience.
