Located at Mumbai and Pune and spread across an area of over 5,17,125 sq. ft., H3GS has over 10,000 employees in the age group of 18- 30 years. Eligibility

- Graduates with minimum 3 months of semi technical / technical / ISP related experience
- Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience out of which 3 months should be semi technical, technical, ISP specific

Process Description

-Inbound voice process servicing customers with an internet connectivity problem or problems related to accessing internet
