Job Profile

Position: IT Administrator

Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli

Will be responsible for:

Desktop Services:

Provide for Windows based desktops.

Provide first level trouble shooting, problem isolation and resolution for windows based desktops

Windows Operating system installation and reinstallation (As and when required)

Support for OS and Office automation products (MS Word, MS Excel, Etc)

Support for regular updates of the OS.

Virus Control using regular updates

Support for the data network.

Support for Internet/Email/Anti‐virus support for the desktop users.

Resolving printing problems for users.

Escalation of unresolved desktop problems to the principal/vendor for quick resolution.

Network Administration

Troubleshooting and fixing network (LAN/WAN) related problems

Monitor and Manage Routers, IP address, Switches, VPN, Wireless devices, etc.

Manage Connector panels, Cables, Patch chords, etc

Schedule Network Maintenance

Update network documentation

Configuration and Maintenance of Switch / Router

Server Infrastructure Administration

OS User administration on all the servers, create/delete/modify users and groups, customizing login scripts for groups, controlling user access rights etc.

Housekeeping of Servers such as disk space usage, files and folders, permissions, users, login on network etc.

Candidates Profile

Age – 25 to 30 years

Academic Qualification – B Sc / B Com

Professional Qualification – Diploma in Systems Administration / Network Management,etc

Work Experience –

o 3 to 5 years in managing IT Infrastructure in a LAN / WAN environment

o Detailed profile enclosed

o Fluent in English : Writing, Reading & Speaking

Salary Rs 2,00,000 PA - Rs 2,50,000 PA

Experience- 3 - 5 (Yrs.)
