Department: Fund Administration
Position: Executive- Fund Administration
Reporting to: Manager- Fund Administration
Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
Prepare the daily valuation for PMS and International clients.
Prepare Reconciliation / Reviewing Reconciliation of Trade, Securities and Cash and taking corrective action required if any
Preparation of settlement instruction / cheque
Issuing settlement instruction to the Global Custody
Generating reports from the Global custody system on daily basis.
Tracking all the corporate action and updating the same in the system
Weekly and Monthly MIS reports to Management
EOD reports to Management
Weekly and Monthly MIS reports to Management
Handling and supervising the day to day activities
Filing of all documents
Candidate Profile
Skill Set:
Good working knowledge in MS Excel is essential
Good analytical skills
Good Communication – both oral and written
Ability to work under pressure
Hands on experience on any fund accounting / back office package( software)
Personality Traits: Good Communication and team player
Experience: (No. of years & Specific to the role experience):
2 to 3 years in the fund accounting
Age: 21 to 30 Years
Qualifications: MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience
Industry: Investment Banking – Back Office
