Responsibilites
Handling a team of Executives, make them to achieve their target.
Achive Team Target (Acquiring Retail,Hni Clients,,MF,IPO etc.)
Motivating the entire team and building a good relation with sales persons.
Recruiting Executives working as a team and retaining them.
Making Long-term relation with HNI s and Corporates.
Servicing the HNIs, looking after the brokerage generation and Asset.
Co-ordinating with Dealing Room and HNIs.
Promoting the product through various activities.
Strategizing action for making customer to trade.
Achive Revenue generation target.
Salary Package 20k to 30k
