Understanding the recruitment requirements of the client organization and read between the lines
Responsible to work for the “Top Level Management” & “Senior Level Management”
Very good understanding of the hierarchy channel of the different industries
Business Development Manager:
Approach towards the major organization and their top level management people
Regular liaisoning with the Director level people and relationship management
Generation of the business tie-up with the good potential organization
