Role
• Driving and Meeting Organizational goals, revenue targets.
• Should have a proven track record. Last two years in IT Services and solution selling in the West region.
• Responsible for strategic planning of Microsoft Project clients.
• Business Development through cold calling, e-mails, etc.
• Develop New business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
• Effective Account management capabilities – should be able to handle and manage large corporate accounts efficiently and effectively.
• Close co-ordination with the Pre-sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery to the client.
• Responsible for creating sales pipeline, develop customer prospects
• High level Understanding of Business Requirement on different Microsoft Products like SharePoint BizTalk Server, Commerce Server /CMS etc.
• Identify, shape and convert business opportunities in line with AG's portfolio targets, meeting the necessary risk and profit requirements, so as to meet and surpass business development targets.
• Use a proven business development background with previous track record for selling IT services and solutions.
• Will be involved and maintaining time line commitments for delivery of Microsoft services and Solutions in coordination with Project Managers to Ensure Client Satisfaction.
• Open to travel to customer sites as required within country.
Qualifications
• Over all about 4-5 yrs of experience in Business Development and at-least around 2 year experience in selling Microsoft based Solutions and Services.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Must be effective at clients meetings and making presentations.
• Technology Orientation required.
• BE/B Tech, MCA and Business or associated degree required.
• Should have the ownership orientation.
• Proven ability to establish new business and achieve targets.
• High-Level Knowledge of Microsoft Products like Sharepoint, BizTalk, CS/CMS is a Plus.
