Job Description
Department: Accounts and Finance
Position: Manager - Accounts & Finance
Reporting to: CEO
Roles and Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
Budgeting and Management reporting
Taxation( Income tax, service tax etc)
Preparation of monthly cash flows and monitoring of funds
Preparation of monthly consolidated MIS reports.
Managing and guiding the accountant for daily transactions and being hands on in ensuring all activities are completed and on time.
Ensuring all regulatory and compliance related matters are fulfilled and on time.
Coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors for quarterly and year end audits
Managing entire payroll and employee tax area
Other Responsibilities
General ledger review, Consolidation and Finalization of accounts & audit.
Tax Audits, internal audits, Statutory Audits, assessments, Service Tax compliances.
Payroll
Compliance with various Accounting Standards
Compliance with statutory requirements for PF, gratuity, superannuation
Filing of Annual Return of Income, e-TDS return and service tax return
Verification / checking of Capital and revenue payments
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 years plus (post qualified)
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
Preferred Trainings : Detailed working knowledge of Tally 9 and MS Office.
Age: 28 plus
Industry: preferably from financial services industry
