 ·         Naturally creative and passionate about the job (communication/advertising).
·         Excellent command over the English language.
·         Expert writing skills, editing and proof reading abilities.
·         Ability to understand, interpret brief and quickly come up with original ideas, roll out clean, fluid, evocative copy, turn briefs into inspiring pieces of marketing communication.
·         Exposure to writing for print, electronic and digital mediums.
·         Well read, imaginative and intelligent. Should be equally comfortable with both long and short copy.
·         Open-mindedness, passion to go for the outstanding, good work ethics and respect for deadlines.
·         Should have a ability for experimenting and zeal to explore new ways.
·         Should have ability to present concept/ideas with full conviction.
·         Multi tasked and Team player.
·         Work closely with the account management and art teams.
·         Proficiency in any other language will be an added advantage.
