Currently we are looking for “Sales Trainee” for one of our leading client in Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
JOB PROFILE:
• To develop new dealers, distributors & Industries for the product.
* should be ready to travel (travel expenses will be borne by company)
* He would be on training for first one month & then he will be required to be on field for sales task for at least 2-3 days in the week.
* Also the person will on probation for first 6 months. During this period, the performance would be observed based on various criteria like Attendance & Punctuality, dressing sense, organizational behavior, pattern of working, etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidate should be a Science Graduate B.Sc. (we do not need a postgraduate)
Other Skills - Fluent English, Hindi & Marathi (written & Spoken). Computer (Microsoft Word & Excel at least) & Internet Literate. Good Personality.
Should have experience in field sales and should be willing to travel anywhere in Mumbai. B.Sc. FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY.
Should have the sales drive in him/her.
Should be able to handle pressure and should reflect maturity.
WOULD GET OFF ON FRIDAY AND HALF DAY ON SUNDAY.
Location- Thane
Salary package- Open (negotiable)
