1. Good project management skills in managing an operations project
2. At least 5 years experience in managing operations of a website
3. Qualifications – engineering graduate/post-graduate
4. Plan and execute user support
5. Estimate effort and prepare contingency plans
6. Track effort of the team using timesheets
7. Manage the team of support staff
a. Take over from the development team the new releases and explain to support staff
8. Provide ad-hoc requests for – images, videos, music etc
9. Create redundancy and plan for downtime
10. Manage billing to the client
