Job Description :
You will lead a team of Instructional Designers and Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules. A good knowledge of Instructional Design theories and ability to design instructional and assessment strategies is a must.
You will need to analyze project requirements, design to customer expectations, and deliver high quality instructional content within committed timeframes. You should have the ability to set standards and practice efficient processes enabling the highest quality levels within defined timelines.
You should be a Graduate/Post-graduate with experience of 4-6 years in the e-learning industry, an educational institute, a publication house, or journalism.
