Direct Walkin interviews are being conducted for US technical voice process (Cisco / Linksys) at vCustomer Services India Pvt. Ltd., Mahape till 26th June, 2010(excluding Sunday).

Interview Timings - 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

The details of the openings are as follows:

* International Technical Voice (US & Canada) related to CISCO routers, switches
* Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
* Freshers can apply.
* Graduates preferred.
* 12th pass can apply
* Five days a week working
* Salary package of 17K per month for freshers. Max package - 21K per month (subject to experience)
* Indepth knowledge of hardware, networking & troubleshooting is a must
* Should have excellent knowledge of routers, switches, hubs, OSI layers, IP configuration, etc.
* For 12th pass basic knowledge of Networking will do.
* Candidate should be comfortable with extensive night shifts
* Job involves providing online & remote assistance to end users of CISCO products
* Knowledge about vCustomer Services is mandatory for the interview purpose

*Candidates staying beyond the above mentioned areas would be provided pick-up & drop outside any of the stations mentioned above.
* Additional travel allowance for those opting out of cab facility.
